Tesniaci prvok polovičnej škrupiny Extralink ochranná manžeta 60 mm, biela, polyamid, 1 ks

Extralink half-shell sealing element Protection sleeve 60 mm in white polyamide is a single-piece protective sleeve designed for mechanical protection and environmental sealing of cable joints and conduit entries. The half-shell shape allows it to be fitted around existing cables or used as a closure where a durable polymer element is required. Its corrosion-resistant polyamide construction makes it suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor installations where a reliable sealing and strain-relief function is needed.

Advantages

The protection sleeve provides a compact and robust solution for protecting cable transitions and conduit openings without the need for complex fixtures. Made from polyamide, the sleeve resists corrosion and offers long-term dimensional stability. Supplied as one piece, it simplifies installation and replacement while delivering consistent mechanical protection and weather resistance in appropriate environments.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable joints and splices
• Protecting conduit entries and cable terminations
• Applications requiring a corrosion-resistant polymer closure
• Environments where a compact, single-piece sleeve is preferred

Key specifications

• Material: polyamide (PA)
• Colour: white
• Design: half-shell / semicylindrical sleeve
• Internal diameter: 60 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece

How to use

Position the half-shell around the cable or conduit at the joint or entry point, ensuring the sleeve fully encloses the area that requires protection. Align the edges and secure the sleeve using appropriate clamps, adhesive tapes or mechanical fasteners compatible with polyamide and the installation environment. Verify the fit to ensure adequate sealing and strain relief, and inspect periodically for wear in exposed locations.

Recommendations

For best results, use the sleeve in conjunction with compatible sealing compounds or gaskets when maximum environmental sealing is required. Avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight without additional UV protection, and select mounting hardware that will not corrode.
