Teplomer na potraviny TFA-Dostmann 30.1013 -40 až 200 °C digitálny

The TFA-Dostmann 30.1013 food thermometer is a compact digital probe thermometer with a short 75 mm sensor, designed for quick temperature checks in liquids, powders and plastic materials. It measures temperatures from -40 °C to 200 °C (-40 °F to 392 °F), displays readings digitally and is powered by an LR44 button cell. The thermometer is waterproof, housed in a plastic case and includes a clip for convenient handling.

Advantages

The short 75 mm sensor allows easy insertion into food items and small containers while providing fast readings at a rate of one measurement per second. The device features an ON/OFF switch, hold function, max/min memory and reversible display between °C and °F. Compact dimensions and lightweight construction make it suitable for regular kitchen use.

Suitable for

• Measuring temperature of liquids (soups, sauces, beverages)
• Checking temperature in powdered ingredients
• Testing plastic materials and food packaging where contact thermometry is applicable
• Quick spot checks during cooking and food preparation

How to use

Switch the thermometer on, select the desired temperature unit (°C or °F), and insert the sensor into the product so that the short probe is sufficiently immersed for an accurate reading. Allow the display to stabilise (the instrument updates once per second), then use the hold function to freeze the reading if needed. After use switch the device off to conserve battery.

Recommendations

For reliable measurements ensure the sensor tip makes direct contact with the medium and avoid exposing the electronic housing to prolonged submersion beyond the device's waterproof rating. Calibrate or check the thermometer against a known reference periodically to verify accuracy.
