How to use

Design labels on a PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone using Brother’s label software or compatible apps. Load the appropriate TZe tape cassette into the PT-P950NW, connect the printer via Ethernet, Wi‑Fi or USB (or pair via Bluetooth if available), then send the label design to print. For batch jobs, link the label layout to data in a spreadsheet and start the merge to print multiple labels automatically. Use the cutter and easy-peel function to separate labels and apply them efficiently.

Recommendations

For best durability and print quality, use genuine Brother TZe tapes matched to the required width and material (standard, laminated or specialty). When performing high-volume or mobile labelling, consider the optional rechargeable battery base and touch panel for improved portability and workflow control.
