Tlačová etiketa Capture CA-3007206-T 102 x 64 mm jadro 25 mm

Capture CA-3007206-T is a roll thermal printer label measuring 102 x 64 mm with a 25 mm core. It is designed for thermal/label printers that accept this roll format and is intended for printing barcodes, text and simple graphics for product identification, shipping and inventory control in retail, logistics and warehouse environments.

Advantages

These labels offer a consistent, standardized size that simplifies layout and barcode placement. Supplied on a 25 mm core, the rolls are compatible with printers and dispensers that require smaller cores and are convenient for high-volume labeling. The thermal label format removes the need for ink or toner, reducing operating supplies.

Suitable for

• Barcode printing for products and assets
• Shipping and parcel labeling
• Inventory and warehouse identification
• Retail price and shelf labeling

When it may not be suitable

This label format may not be suitable if your printer requires a different core diameter or roll width; verify printer compatibility before purchase. It also may not be the best choice for long-term outdoor use unless a suitable topcoat or protective cover is applied, as thermal paper can be sensitive to heat and abrasion.

Key specifications

• Label size: 102 x 64 mm
• Core diameter: 25 mm
• Format: Roll thermal label (direct thermal)
• Typical uses: barcode, text and simple graphics printing

How to use

Install the roll into a compatible thermal/label printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the 25 mm core fits the spindle. Configure label size and print settings in the printer driver or label software to 102 x 64 mm, then print test labels to confirm alignment and darkness before starting full runs.

What to consider before purchase

• Printer compatibility with 102 x 64 mm label size
• Printer spindle or dispenser support for a 25 mm core
• Whether direct thermal labels suit your storage and environmental conditions

Recommendations

For reliable barcode scanning and print quality, set the printer resolution and print contrast according to your barcode symbology, store rolls in a cool, dry place, and avoid prolonged exposure of printed labels to heat or sunlight.
