How to use

Store the ream in a dry, room-temperature environment until use to maintain dimensional stability and print quality. Load the paper into the printer tray following the device manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the correct orientation for single- or double-sided printing. For best results, allow freshly printed sheets to dry briefly before stacking and avoid excessive handling of the printed surface to prevent smudging on some inkjet prints.

Recommendations

For consistent results, check printer settings before printing: select A4 paper size, choose a matt or plain paper type in the driver, and adjust print quality according to the document type. When using duplex printing, verify the printer supports duplexing with standard office paper to avoid jams. Store unused sheets flat and protected from moisture to preserve performance.
