Traverzová tyč EUROLITE Q3 s TV-pin, model 59007026, hliníkový segment pódiovej traverzy

EUROLITE Q3 truss beam with TV pin is an aluminium stage truss section engineered for modular load-bearing structures used in events, stages and exhibitions. The section features a TV-style pin connection for secure coupling between segments, allowing fast assembly and reliable mechanical support for lighting, speakers and video equipment. Its aluminium construction balances strength and reduced weight to simplify transport and handling while maintaining structural performance.

Advantages

The aluminium construction offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, improving handling during installation and lowering transport costs. The integrated TV pin connection provides a secure mechanical join that reduces lateral play and simplifies alignment of consecutive truss sections. The Q3 profile is designed for standard rigging accessories and supports a range of fixtures commonly used in staging and exhibition set-ups.

How to use

Align two truss sections and insert the TV pin into the corresponding sleeve to achieve a secure joint. Verify seating and engage any additional safety fasteners or bolts specified by the rigging plan. Position fixtures such as lights or speakers using appropriate clamps and ensure each attachment point is rated for the applied load. Always follow the overall rigging plan and manufacturer guidance for permitted spans and maximum loads.

Recommendations

Inspect all truss sections and the TV pin connection for damage, deformation or corrosion before each assembly. Use certified rigging hardware and qualified personnel to calculate loads and to perform installation. Do not exceed rated loads for the assembled structure and protect the truss from prolonged exposure to severe weather when used outdoors.
