How to use

Set the pole length by releasing the adjustment mechanism, extend or shorten the shaft to the desired measurement within the 110–130 cm range, and lock the mechanism securely before use. Hold the ergonomic grip so that your elbow forms approximately a 90° angle when the pole tip contacts the ground; this provides an efficient push-off and reduces strain. Use alternating pole placement with your opposite foot to maintain rhythm and balance on ascents and descents. Inspect the tips and grips regularly and tighten the locking system if you notice slippage.

Recommendations

Use the poles on maintained trails and switch to appropriate rubber or winter baskets if you plan to walk on snow, mud, or soft ground. When transporting, collapse the poles to their minimum length and secure them to avoid accidental extension. Replace worn tips to preserve traction and prevent damage to the shaft.
