TSC 57mm x 90M 8580-PWR Premium vosk/živica 48ROLLS/CTN

Warehouse teams and retail back offices running TSC thermal transfer printers rely on the 8580-PWR Premium Wax/Resin ribbon for crisp, scannable labels that survive handling, moisture, and moderate abrasion. Each 57 mm wide, 90 m long roll delivers consistent ink transfer on coated paper, synthetic paper, and matte synthetics—ideal for shipping labels, inventory tags, and shelf-edge pricing. The 48-roll carton keeps high-volume print operations stocked without frequent reordering, while the wax/resin blend offers a practical balance of durability and cost per label.

Why choose it

The wax/resin formulation delivers sharper, longer-lasting prints than standard wax ribbons, reducing label reprints caused by smudging or fading. Because it works across multiple TSC printer models, you can standardize on one ribbon for mixed fleets and simplify procurement. The 48-roll master carton lowers per-roll cost and minimizes packaging waste, while the 90 m length means fewer changeovers during peak shifts.

Ideal use cases

• Shipping and receiving labels that must remain legible through transit
• Warehouse bin and rack labels exposed to handling and light abrasion
• Retail price tags and shelf labels requiring clear barcodes
• Inventory and asset tags on coated or synthetic materials
• General-purpose labeling in logistics, manufacturing, and retail environments

Good to know

For best results, pair this ribbon with TSC printers and adjust heat settings according to your label material. Store unused rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve ink quality. The 8580-PWR series is engineered for consistent unwind and reliable printing across the full roll length, reducing downtime and waste.
