High-volume labelling often fails when the media can't keep pace with your printer. These TSC direct thermal paper labels eliminate that bottleneck, delivering crisp, durable prints on every roll. Sized at 50 x 30 mm with a permanent adhesive, they are engineered for TSC direct thermal printers and compatible with most other brands. Whether you're printing shipping labels, barcodes, product tags, or inventory tags, these labels provide consistent quality and reliable adhesion. The white matte surface ensures excellent contrast and readability, while the 25.4 mm (1") core and 127 mm (5") outer diameter fit standard label holders. With 1000 labels per roll, you can handle large print runs without frequent media changes.

Tips

For best results, store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Direct thermal paper can darken if exposed to high temperatures or prolonged UV light. Always test a few labels with your printer settings to optimise darkness and speed. If you need labels for long-term archival or outdoor use, consider thermal transfer labels instead.
