Why choose it

The combination of a solid cast iron core and a durable rubber exterior gives you a plate that is both sturdy and gentle. The rubber coating absorbs impact, reduces noise, and protects the floor from scratches, making it ideal for home training areas. Its compact 320 mm diameter is manageable for most users, and the smooth rubber surface is easy to grip and clean. Tunturi, a trusted Finnish brand, has designed this disc with consistent weight accuracy and long-lasting durability, so you can rely on it for years of workouts.

Ideal use cases

• Strength training exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses
• Adding resistance to dumbbells or barbells with 30 mm sleeves
• Home gyms, small studios, and light commercial fitness spaces
• Progressive overload training where you need incrementally heavier weights

Good to know

This disc is sold individually, so you can purchase only what you need. It fits standard bars and dumbbells with a 30 mm diameter sleeve—not Olympic 50 mm bars. The black rubber finish may have a slight smell initially but will fade over time. Always ensure the plate is secured with a collar before lifting to prevent sliding.
