UBIQUITI NETWORKS IR predlžovač dosahu pre UniFi Protect G4 Bullet kameru IR

The Ubiquiti IR LED unit UVC-G4-IRExtender is an external infrared illumination accessory designed to enhance night-time performance of the UniFi Protect G4 Bullet Camera. This universal IR range extender provides additional infrared light to improve image clarity and detail in low-light or no-light conditions. Offered in black and white finishes, the unit is intended to integrate visually with existing camera installations and extend effective surveillance coverage after dark.

Advantages

The IR LED unit increases available infrared illumination without modifying the camera itself, which helps reveal finer image details in darkness. Its universal design allows placement near compatible outdoor cameras to broaden the camera's night vision range. The availability of two color options enables a discreet visual match with mounted cameras and surrounding housings.

Suitable for

• Extending night-vision coverage of UniFi Protect G4 Bullet Camera systems
• Improving surveillance detail in poorly lit outdoor areas such as driveways, perimeters, and entrances
• Integrating with existing CCTV installations where additional IR illumination is required

Key specifications

• Type: External infrared (IR) LED illumination unit
• Compatibility: Designed to work with UniFi Protect G4 Bullet Camera
• Available finishes: Black and white
• Use environment: Intended for outdoor camera augmentation in low-light or no-light conditions

How to use

Mount the IR LED unit near the UniFi Protect G4 Bullet Camera at a position that provides unobstructed illumination of the camera's field of view. Ensure the unit is securely fixed and aligned so the emitted IR light covers the target area without causing glare or reflections into the camera lens. Connect power and control interfaces according to manufacturer instructions and verify operation by observing improved night-time image detail on the monitoring system.

Recommendations

Place the unit at an appropriate distance to avoid overexposure of nearby objects and to achieve even illumination across the scene. Choose the color finish that best matches the camera housing for a less conspicuous installation. For optimal results, test placement and angle at night and adjust as necessary to minimize reflections from glass or reflective surfaces.
