How to use

Fit the appropriate 230 mm disc and secure it with the supplied clamping set and guard before connecting the grinder to the mains. Hold the machine with both hands using the main and side handles, position the disc onto the workpiece and apply steady, controlled pressure. Use grinding discs for metal and diamond cutting discs for stone or concrete. Allow the tool to reach full speed before contacting the material and avoid excessive feed to prevent overload. After use, switch off the machine and wait until the disc stops completely before setting it down.

Recommendations

Use discs and accessories rated for 230 mm and compatible with the grinder’s speed. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye, hearing and respiratory protection, gloves) and ensure the guard is correctly mounted. For stainless steel work, choose discs or accessories designed for Inox/stainless steel to reduce heat and prevent discoloration. Follow regular maintenance checks on brushes, cord and clamping components to ensure safe operation.
