Úložná krabica allit ProfiPlus ShelfBox 500S modrá 91×500×81 mm

allit ProfiPlus ShelfBox 500S in blue is a compact, shelf-ready storage box with external dimensions of 91 × 500 × 81 mm. Designed for organized storage of small parts, tools and fasteners, this durable plastic bin fits standard shelving systems and cabinets. The front-access opening and stackable construction make it practical for workshop shelves, retail displays and parts rooms where space efficiency and quick retrieval are required.

Advantages

The ShelfBox 500S is made from robust plastic that resists deformation under normal workshop loads and maintains shape during stacking. Its elongated shape and slim profile allow efficient use of shelf depth while the front-access opening enables visual identification and easy removal of contents without unstacking. The uniform footprint and interlocking edges ensure stable stacks and flexible arrangement on shelving systems. The blue color improves visual organization and can be combined with other colour-coded boxes for inventory control.

Suitable for

• Storage of small tools, drill bits, and hand tools
• Organization of fasteners such as screws, nuts and washers
• Parts storage in workshops, service centers and production lines
• Use on standard retail shelving and metal or wooden cabinets
• Bins for assembly stations, maintenance trolleys and inventory shelves

Key specifications

• External dimensions: 91 × 500 × 81 mm (height × length × width)
• Material: durable plastic construction suitable for workshop use
• Design: front-access opening for easy picking and visual inspection
• Stackable: interlocking edges for stable vertical stacking
• Colour: blue for visual sorting and identification

How to use

Place the ProfiPlus ShelfBox 500S on shelf rails or cabinet shelves ensuring the front opening faces outward for access. Load items evenly to avoid uneven weight distribution; heavier parts should be placed near the back to maintain stability. When stacking multiple boxes, align interlocking edges and avoid exceeding the recommended shelf load of the shelving system. For frequent picking, keep most-used parts in front-access boxes at waist height to reduce bending and handling time.

Recommendations

Use dividers or small internal containers to separate different fasteners and prevent mixing. Avoid exposure to direct flame or chemicals that can degrade plastic. Regularly inspect stacked loads and shelves for stability, and follow the load limits of your shelving system to ensure safe storage.
