USB 3.0 uhlový adaptér Renkforce 29039C104R A-samec na A-samicu 90°

The Renkforce USB 3.0 right-angle adapter converts a USB Type-A plug into a USB Type-A socket with a 90° orientation, allowing a full-speed USB 3.0 connection while changing the cable direction. It is designed for situations with limited clearance behind or beside devices, enabling cables to run parallel to surfaces and reducing protrusion. The adapter preserves USB 3.0 data lanes to support high-speed transfers and backward compatibility with USB 2.0 devices.

Advantages

The right-angle design reduces mechanical stress on USB ports and connected cables by redirecting the plug immediately at the connector. Construction supports USB 3.0 signal lines to maintain transfer speeds for compatible hosts and peripherals. Its compact form factor minimizes the space required behind laptops, desktop PCs, external drives and other equipment. The adapter is plug-and-play and requires no additional power or drivers for typical USB peripherals.

Suitable for

• Connecting external hard drives or SSDs where rear clearance is limited
• Routing USB cables close to wall-mounted monitors or TVs
• Using USB peripherals (keyboards, mice, hubs) in tight desk setups
• Reducing strain on onboard USB ports in compact PCs or enclosures

Key specifications

• Interface: USB Type-A plug to USB Type-A socket
• USB standard: USB 3.0 data signaling and backward compatible with USB 2.0
• Orientation: 90° right-angle connector
• Compatibility: Works with hosts and devices that use USB Type-A connections
• Function: Passive adapter, plug-and-play operation

How to use

Insert the USB Type-A plug of the adapter into the host device’s USB Type-A port, ensuring the 90° orientation routes the cable as required. Connect the peripheral’s USB Type-A plug into the adapter’s socket. Confirm the connected device is recognized by the host; no driver installation is typically necessary for standard USB devices. Avoid applying excessive torque to the connector while inserting or removing cables to preserve port integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality USB 3.0 cables and avoid bending cables sharply at the adapter. If using high-current devices, ensure the host port can supply sufficient power; the adapter does not provide additional power. Periodically inspect the connector for dust or debris and clean gently if needed to maintain reliable connections.
