USB adaptér DeLOCK 60172 USB Type-C samec na USB Type-A samica 10 Gbit/s 15 cm červený kov

This Delock USB adapter allows connection of devices with a USB Type-A plug — for example USB sticks, a mouse or an external HDD — to a PC or laptop equipped with a USB Type-C™ port. The adapter supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 with data rates up to 10 Gbps and is supplied as a short 15 cm cable with a metal housing and visible red-metal accents.

Advantages

The metal housing and reinforced strain relief on both ends increase mechanical robustness and protect the connector and cable from everyday wear and bending. Support for USB 3.2 Gen 2 ensures high-speed data transfer up to 10 Gbps for compatible devices. The compact 15 cm length minimises cable clutter and is convenient for direct device-to-laptop connections.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting USB Type-A devices (flash drives, mice, keyboards) to a USB-C laptop or PC
• Attaching external storage (HDD/SSD) with USB-A interface to USB-C hosts
• Short, tidy connections at a workstation or on the go

Key specifications

• Connectors: USB Type-C male to USB Type-A female
• USB standard: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2)
• Maximum data rate: 10 Gbps
• Cable length: 0.15 m (15 cm)
• Colour / finish: black cable with red metal housing accents

How to use

Insert the USB Type-C male connector into the USB-C port of your PC or laptop and plug the USB Type-A device into the adapter’s female port. After connection the operating system should detect the attached device automatically; no additional drivers are typically required for standard mass storage and peripheral devices. Avoid forcing connectors and unplug by holding the connector housing rather than the cable.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed transfers, use compatible USB 3.2 Gen 2 devices and host ports. Keep the short cable free of sharp bends and avoid pulling on the cable to prolong the lifespan of the metal housing and strain relief.
