USB hub LogiLink UA0216

The LogiLink UA0216 is a compact USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub that lets two computers share USB devices via a Type-B host interface and two Type-A downstream ports. Housed in a slim black plastic case and powered from USB, the hub supports data transfer rates up to 5000 Mbit/s (5 Gbps) and is compatible with common Windows and macOS systems. Its small footprint (68 × 95 × 23.5 mm) makes it suitable for desktop or mobile workstations where space is limited.

Its USB-powered design removes the need for an external power adapter, while the compact black enclosure fits easily into most setups. Simple plug-and-play compatibility with Windows and Mac systems ensures straightforward installation without additional drivers in most cases.

Most systems will recognize the hub automatically; if required, install any system-specific drivers provided by your OS.

Recommendations

Use high-quality USB 3.0/3.2 cables for best transfer speeds, and avoid powering high-draw devices (such as some external hard drives) solely from the hub if they require additional power—connect such devices to a powered USB port or use an externally powered hub instead.
