How to use

Place food inside each canister without overfilling, close the lid securely and use a compatible SEVERIN vacuum pump to remove air until the vacuum indicator (if present) shows a sealed state. After vacuuming, store the canisters in the refrigerator, pantry or take them on the go for lunches. To open, release the vacuum according to the pump or lid mechanism instructions and lift the lid. Clean containers and lids according to manufacturer guidance before first use and after each use.

Recommendations

For best results, cool hot food to room temperature before vacuuming to avoid condensation. Do not vacuum liquids at high temperature; if preserving soups or sauces, chill them first and leave a small headspace. Follow the pump manufacturer’s instructions for sealing and vacuum release to maintain container integrity and food safety.
