How to use

Connect the DisplayPort end of the Savio CL-90 to the DisplayPort output on your computer or docking station, and plug the VGA end into the VGA input of your monitor or projector. Turn on both devices and select the appropriate input on the display if necessary. The adapter performs digital-to-analog conversion automatically; most operating systems will detect the external display without additional drivers. For optimal results, set the display resolution to 1920 x 1080p or lower in the system display settings.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short cable runs close to your devices to maintain signal integrity. When connecting to older VGA displays, verify the monitor input selection and, if image quality is important, choose 1920 x 1080p or a native resolution supported by the VGA display. Avoid excessive bending at the connector junction to prolong the adapter’s lifespan.
