Vinotéka Caso WineChef Pro 40 kompresorová nerez 40 fliaš

The Caso WineChef Pro 40 is a freestanding compressor wine cooler designed to store up to 40 standard Bordeaux-size bottles. The unit features a stainless steel front, sensor touch controls and two independently adjustable temperature zones, allowing separate settings for white and red wines. The cooler can be used freestanding or built-in thanks to bottom ventilation and includes a 3-layer insulating safety glass with UV filter, white LED temperature displays and switchable interior lighting.

Advantages

WiFi Smart Control via the CASO Control app enables remote monitoring and control. The compressor-based cooling provides reliable temperature stability while vibration-reduced feet minimise movement for calmer storage. Two active fans (one per zone) ensure even temperature distribution and the electronic thermostat allows precise temperature setting from 5 °C to 20 °C. The design uses high-quality materials including an elegant stainless steel door and insulating safety glass for energy efficiency and UV protection.

Suitable for

• Home wine storage for up to 40 bottles
• Separate storage of red and white wines requiring different temperatures
• Freestanding installation or built-in under counter use
• Collectors who need quiet, vibration-reduced storage

How to use

Place the WineChef Pro 40 on a flat, level surface with adequate clearance for ventilation at the base if used as a freestanding unit. Use the sensor touch controls to set each zone’s temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C. Load bottles up to 310 mm in height, arranging wines by zone according to desired serving temperatures. Monitor and control the unit remotely using the CASO Control app; the app also reports error messages and status updates. Allow the cooler to run for several hours after initial setup to reach the selected temperatures before adding a full load of bottles.

Recommendations

Install the cooler where ambient temperature does not exceed the recommended range for efficient operation; note the maximum internal temperature cannot be significantly higher than ambient. Avoid placing the unit in direct sunlight or next to heat sources. For best results, keep the cooler level, avoid excessive vibration, and allow bottles to acclimatise to the set zone temperature before long-term storage.
