Advantages

This active 7 m USB cable provides stable USB 3.2 Gen 1 data throughput over a long distance while keeping signal integrity. The use of 99.9% pure copper conductors improves conductivity and reduces losses, and the robust rubber outer surface increases flexibility and mechanical protection for professional installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers and scanners to workstations
• Long-run USB connections in offices and studios
• Professional AV and peripheral setups requiring USB A to USB B

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB A
• Connector 2: USB B
• USB version: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1)
• Cable length: 7 m
• Product colour: Black

How to use

Connect the USB A end to the host computer or hub and the USB B end to the peripheral device (for example a printer or scanner). Ensure both devices are powered according to their specifications. Because the cable is active, no additional signal boosters are required for the specified 7 m length; follow device drivers and operating system prompts to complete the connection.

Recommendations

Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; maintain gentle curves to preserve the integrity of the copper conductors and the rubber jacket. For fixed installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties, avoiding overtightening.
