The USB-C to USB-A configuration ensures compatibility with a wide range of existing hubs and PCs.

How to use

Connect the USB-C end to the conference camera, video bar or other USB-C equipped device and plug the USB-A end into a PC or USB hub. Ensure the receiving device supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 to achieve maximum data rates; the cable will fall back to USB 2.0 speeds when connected to legacy ports. Route the cable along walls or under a desk to reduce trip hazards and avoid sharp bends to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

For stable high-speed performance, connect to USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports and avoid excessive cable tension or tight bends. If using with long runs near power cables or wireless equipment, keep some separation to reduce potential interference.
