VivoLink USB 3.0 Type-A konektor samica na Type-A konektor samica predlžovací kábel PROKEYUSB3AFBM2W, biely

The VivoLink USB 3.0 Type-A Female to Type-A Female Extension Cable PROKEYUSB3AFBM2W in white provides a straightforward way to extend or reposition an existing USB Type-A connection while maintaining USB 3.0 data rates and backward compatibility with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. The flexible cable and secure Type-A female connectors enable easy connection of peripherals, hubs or docking stations without placing additional stress on the device's built-in ports.

Advantages

This extension cable preserves SuperSpeed USB 3.0 transfer rates where supported and remains compatible with older USB standards for universal device connectivity. The female-to-female Type-A configuration allows simple extension or relocation of an accessible port and helps reduce wear on device ports by acting as the replaceable connection point. The white outer jacket provides a neutral look suitable for home or office setups, and the cable construction ensures reliable signal integrity for everyday peripheral use.

Suitable for

• Extending a USB Type-A port to a more convenient location
• Connecting peripherals such as keyboards, mice, printers, and external drives
• Linking USB hubs or docking stations to host devices
• Reducing wear on device USB ports by using the extension as a sacrificial connector

Key specifications

• Interface: USB 3.0 Type-A female to Type-A female
• Color: white
• Compatibility: USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed) with backward compatibility to USB 2.0 and 1.1
• Use case: extension/relocation of existing Type-A connections for peripherals and hubs
• Construction: flexible cable jacket with standard USB Type-A female connectors

How to use

Plug one Type-A female connector of the extension cable onto an existing Type-A male plug (for example, on a host cable or adapter), and then connect the peripheral’s Type-A male plug into the other female end. Ensure connections are fully seated to maintain a stable data link and power delivery. The cable is passive and requires no drivers or external power; if a connected device needs additional power, use a powered hub or the device’s original power source.

Recommendations

For reliable SuperSpeed performance, keep the total length of connected USB cables within recommended USB 3.0 limits and avoid tight bends or heavy strain on connectors. Use the extension to protect device ports by unplugging from the extension rather than from the device. For high-power devices or long cable runs, consider a powered USB hub to ensure adequate power delivery.
