Vrták Bosch Expert HEX-9 O 6,5 mm, pracovná dĺžka 90 mm, šesťhranná stopka

Bosch Expert HEX-9 O 6.5 mm drill bit with a 90 mm working length and a HEX-9 hex shank is designed for reliable, straight drilling in wood and general construction materials. The combination of a 6.5 mm diameter and extended 90 mm cutting length enables deeper holes while maintaining consistent hole diameter. The HEX-9 shank provides a secure connection in drills and impact drivers that accept hex shanks, reducing slip and improving torque transfer during repetitive tasks.

Advantages

The HEX-9 hex shank ensures a stable, anti-rotation fit in compatible chucks and quick-change adapters. A 90 mm working length gives extended reach for drilling deeper or through thicker workpieces without changing bits. The 6.5 mm diameter offers a commonly used hole size for dowels, fasteners and pilot holes. The bit is manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances to provide consistent hole size and straight drilling performance over multiple uses.

Suitable for

• Drilling through wood and timber components
• Creating pilot holes for screws and dowels
• General drilling tasks on construction sites and workshops
• Use with drills and impact drivers that accept HEX-9 shanks

Key specifications

• Cutting diameter: 6.5 mm
• Working (cutting) length: 90 mm
• Shank type: HEX-9 hex shank for quick-change and anti-slip fit
• Intended materials: wood and general construction materials
• Compatible tool types: drills and impact drivers accepting hex shanks

How to use

Insert the HEX-9 shank into a compatible chuck or quick-change adapter until it locks securely. Select an appropriate rotation speed for the work material and apply steady pressure to avoid bending the drill bit. For clean, accurate holes in wood, start with a low speed to position the tip, then increase speed as needed while maintaining a firm, controlled feed. Retract occasionally when drilling deep holes to clear chips and reduce heat buildup.

Recommendations

Use the drill bit with tools that accept HEX-9 shanks and ensure the chuck or adapter is compatible and in good condition. For best results on hardwoods or when drilling long holes, pilot with a lower speed and periodically remove debris. Inspect the bit before use and replace if worn or damaged to maintain consistent hole quality.
