Vrták Bosch SDS plus-7X 4 mm 165 mm 1 kus

The Bosch EXPERT SDS plus-7X hammer drill bit, Ø4 mm × 165 mm, is made for SDS plus rotary hammer drills and designed for drilling in reinforced concrete, cured concrete, hardened reinforced concrete and hard stone. It features a full-carbide 4-cutter head and Bosch carbide tip technology to provide prolonged service life compared with standard bits.

Advantages

The 4-cutter Full Carbide Head is manufactured from a single piece of carbide to reduce jamming on rebar and eliminate weak points under impact. Bosch Carbide Technology at the tip increases wear resistance, while Bosch’s welding technology secures a highly resistant connection between tip and shank. Together these features deliver up to three times longer life than a standard drill bit for heavy-duty concrete applications.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in reinforced concrete
• Cured and hardened concrete
• Hard natural stone such as granite and gneiss
• Fixings and installations in construction work

How to use

Install the bit into an SDS plus rotary hammer according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Select an appropriate hammer mode for concrete drilling. Start drilling at low speed to position the hole, then apply steady pressure and allow the hammer action to do the work. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear dust and debris. After finishing, remove the bit and store it in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves) and follow the rotary hammer’s safety instructions. For reinforced concrete, use the bit in hammer drilling mode and avoid excessive lateral force to prolong bit life.
