Vrták Bosch SDS plus-7X 8 mm 165 mm

The Bosch EXPERT SDS plus-7X Hammer Bit (8 mm x 165 mm) is a rotary-hammer drill bit engineered for drilling into concrete, reinforced concrete and hard stone. It features an SDS plus shank for secure, quick bit changes and a full-carbide four-cutter head designed to resist jamming in rebar and provide extended service life compared with standard bits.

Advantages

The full-carbide 4-cutter head manufactured from a single piece of carbide provides high impact resistance and prevents weak points that cause breakage. Bosch Carbide Technology on the tip and Bosch welding technology at the tip connection increase durability, enabling up to three times longer life than a standard drill bit. The SDS plus shank ensures fast, secure insertion and extraction in compatible rotary hammers.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in cured concrete
• Drilling hardened reinforced concrete
• Drilling into hard natural stone (granite, gneiss)
• Fixings and installations on construction sites

How to use

Install the 8 mm Bosch EXPERT SDS plus-7X bit into an SDS plus rotary hammer according to the tool manufacturer's instructions until it locks. Select hammer-drilling mode and set appropriate rotational speed for the material. Apply steady axial pressure and drill without forcing the bit; allow the carbide head to cut. Withdraw periodically to remove dust and debris for efficient drilling and cooler bit operation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) and ensure the rotary hammer is compatible with SDS plus bits. For best results in reinforced concrete, use the hammer function and moderate feed pressure; replace the bit if tip damage or excessive wear is observed.
