Vykurovacia rohož DANFOSS Devi sada do tenkého lôžka 150 W/m², 2,5 m² (0,5 x 5 m), model 140F0469

For renovation and new-build projects where floor height cannot be compromised, the DANFOSS Devi Dünnbett-Set 150 W/m² 2.5 m² (0.5 x 5 m) heating mat delivers a slim, self-adhesive solution that disappears into thin-bed tile adhesive. Unlike bulky cable systems or hydronic loops, this mat adds only a few millimetres of build-up while providing even warmth across the entire tiled surface. The pre-spaced twin conductor cable is fixed to a flexible mesh, so layout is straightforward and the mat stays flat during tiling. With a fixed power density of 150 W/m² and a total output of 375 W, it brings bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms to a comfortable temperature quickly and efficiently.

Highlights

• Ultra-low profile: fits into standard thin-bed mortar without raising floor height significantly
• Self-adhesive mesh backing simplifies positioning and keeps the mat in place during installation
• Uniform heat distribution thanks to pre-spaced heating cable across the 2.5 m² mat
• Rapid thermal response when embedded in tile adhesive, ideal for intermittent heating
• Twin conductor cable with FEP insulation and PVC outer sheath for durability and safety
• IPX7 ingress protection allows use in wet areas such as showers when installed correctly
• Compatible with common floor coverings laid over tile adhesive: ceramic tile, natural stone, and more
• CE and VDE approved, ensuring compliance with European safety standards

In daily use

The mat is intended for installation beneath tiled floors in bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchens and utility areas. Its 0.5 m width and 5 m length cover 2.5 m² in a single strip, making it easy to plan around fixtures. Once embedded in thin-bed adhesive and connected to a suitable thermostat with a floor sensor, the system maintains a pleasant floor temperature. The 4 m cold lead provides flexibility for connecting to the thermostat, while the mat's flexibility allows it to be cut and turned (following manufacturer instructions) to fit irregular spaces. The low build-up height is particularly valuable in renovation projects where existing floor levels must be preserved.
