Key specifications

• Shape: Rectangular
• Dimensions: 148 mm × 105 mm
• Color scheme: Red and white
• Mounting type: Self-adhesive backing

How to use

Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or loose paint. Peel the protective liner from the adhesive backing and press the sign firmly onto the chosen flat surface, smoothing from the center outward to remove air pockets. Allow the adhesive to set according to ambient conditions; full adhesion may improve after several hours. For removal, peel carefully to avoid leaving adhesive residue; for long-term installations on sensitive surfaces, test in an inconspicuous area first.

Recommendations

Place the ABUS AU1420 at eye level or in a clearly visible location aligned with the primary approach to the hazard. Avoid applying to uneven, dirty, or heavily textured surfaces. Replace the sign if it becomes faded, damaged, or detached to maintain clear hazard communication.
