Vyvolávacia jednotka Ricoh B2309640 pre Ricoh MP C2000/C2500/C3500/C4500 – 160000 strán, sivá

Replacement developer unit Ricoh B2309640 is a grey developer designed for use with Ricoh MP C2000, MP C2500, MP C3500 and MP C4500 multifunction printers. With a rated yield of approximately 160,000 pages, this developer unit supports high-volume colour printing by ensuring correct toner development, stable image density and consistent colour reproduction. It is intended for maintenance cycles and for restoring print quality when output shows uneven colour density or reduced saturation.

Advantages

This developer unit delivers consistent image development across extended print runs and helps maintain reliable colour balance and density. As a factory-compatible unit for the specified Ricoh devices, it reduces the need for repeated adjustments and can lower downtime related to print quality issues. The grey developer formulation is matched to the printer’s imaging system to preserve tonal gradation and minimise variations between prints.

Suitable for

• High-volume colour document production in offices and copy centres
• Scheduled maintenance to restore print density and colour stability
• Replacing worn developer components to prevent banding and uneven colour
• Environments requiring consistent output across long print runs

Key specifications

• Compatible printer models: Ricoh MP C2000, MP C2500, MP C3500, MP C4500
• Developer colour: grey
• Rated yield: approximately 160,000 pages
• Function: toner development unit for colour imaging
• Intended use: maintenance replacement to restore image density and colour stability

How to use

Install the developer unit following the printer manufacturer’s service instructions or user manual. Power off the device if recommended, remove the service access panel, and replace the existing developer unit with the new unit, ensuring correct alignment and secure seating. After installation, run any recommended cleaning cycles or calibration procedures to stabilise colour balance and image density before resuming production. Dispose of the removed unit according to local waste and recycling regulations.

Recommendations

Monitor print density and colour stability after installation and perform printer calibration if colour shifts are observed. For best results, replace the developer unit at manufacturer-recommended intervals or when image quality degradation becomes noticeable. Store spare developer units in a dry, temperature-stable environment away from direct sunlight.
