Wantec 2wIP E adaptér PoE-BNC Switch Side pre Power over PoE

The Wantec 2wIP E Adapter PoE-BNC Switch Side is a high-performance IP over Coax extender designed to transmit Ethernet and Power over PoE over coaxial cable. This switch-side unit connects to your network switch via RJ45 and converts the signal to BNC, enabling long-distance transmission up to 800 meters over RG6 coax. It supports 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet and IEEE 802.3af/at PoE, providing both data and power to a remote camera-side adapter. Ideal for extending IP cameras or other network devices in legacy coax installations, this metal-housed adapter offers plug-and-play installation with LED indicators for power and link status.

Advantages

Extends network reach up to 800m over existing coax, eliminating the need for new cabling. PoE-powered from the switch, no local power supply required. Rugged metal housing ensures durability in demanding environments. Plug-and-play design for quick deployment.

Suitable for

• Extending IP cameras over coaxial cable in surveillance systems
• Upgrading analog CCTV systems to IP without rewiring
• Connecting remote network devices where Ethernet cable length is insufficient
