WEDO personal organizer 58 601 — dokumentová taška z plastu a polyesteru pre A4 s priehradkou na vizitky, čierna

WEDO personal organizer 58 601 is a black A4 document folder made of plastic and polyester designed to carry A4 binders and loose documents. The folder includes an interior business-card pocket, pen holder and two exterior pockets, a zip-around closure and two drop handles that fold flush when not in use. The material is described as durable polyester with easy-care properties; the unit measures approximately 345 mm wide by 670 mm high and weighs about 340 g.

Advantages

The combination of plastic and polyester provides a balance of light weight and robustness, while the zip-around closure helps protect contents from dust and light moisture. Built-in compartments such as a business-card pocket and pen holder keep small items organised and accessible during meetings or transport. Fold-down handles make the folder convenient to carry and store when not in use.

Suitable for

• Carrying A4 lever-arch binders and loose documents to meetings or conferences
• Organising business cards, pens and small office accessories for appointments
• Transporting project paperwork, presentation materials or administrative files
• Temporary storage and short-term document transport between office locations

When it may not be suitable

This folder is intended for A4 binders and documents and is not designed for heavy-duty protection in harsh weather or prolonged outdoor exposure. It converts standard lever-arch binders into a carry case but is not a rigid briefcase; very heavy loads or oversized items that exceed typical A4 binder dimensions may not fit or could stress the handles over time.

Key specifications

• Primary materials: plastic and polyester
• Colour: black
• Designed for: A4 documents and lever-arch binders (up to typical binder spine widths)
• Interior organisation: business-card pocket and pen holder
• Closure type: zip-around
• Handles: two fold-down drop handles
• Exterior pockets: two outside pockets
• Approximate dimensions: 345 mm width × 670 mm height
• Approximate weight: 340 g

How to use

Place an A4 lever-arch binder or loose A4 documents inside the folder and close the zip-around closure to secure contents. Use the interior business-card pocket and pen holder to store small items for quick access. When carrying, lift by the two drop handles; after arrival, fold the handles down to reduce profile for storage. Clean the polyester surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce potential fading.

What to consider before purchase

• Check that your binder spine width and any oversized documents fit within the folder dimensions
• Consider whether a rigid or weatherproof case is required for heavy-duty protection or outdoor use
• Note the material combination (plastic and polyester) for care and expected durability

Recommendations

Use the organiser for everyday office transport of A4 binders and documents, keep business cards and pens in their dedicated pockets for quick access during meetings, and avoid overloading to preserve the handles and zip closure.
