The Goobay HDMI Cable 20m Type A Male to Male 48 Gbit/s in black and grey is an optical Ultra High Speed HDMI cable engineered for reliable video and audio transmission over long distances. With a 20 m length and dual HDMI Type A male connectors, the cable supports up to 48 Gbit/s bandwidth and includes Audio Return Channel (ARC), making it suitable for connecting TVs, projectors, gaming consoles and other HDMI-equipped devices while preserving signal integrity.

Advantages

The optical construction allows stable high-bandwidth transmission across the full 20 m length with reduced signal loss compared to conventional copper HDMI cables. Gold-plated connectors improve contact quality and resistance to corrosion. Support for 48 Gbit/s bandwidth and ARC ensures compatibility with high-resolution video formats and integrated audio return functionality.

Recommendations

Route the cable without tight bends and avoid sharp kinks; maintain gentle curves to preserve the optical fiber. For wall or ceiling installations use appropriate clips or conduits to prevent stress on connectors. Verify device HDMI specifications to ensure full utilization of 48 Gbit/s bandwidth and ARC where required.
