Optický kábel Goobay LC-LC 3 m

The Goobay LC-LC 3 m fibre optic cable is designed for high-speed data transmission in offices, industry and computer centres. It features LC duplex connectors on both ends with protective dust covers, a halogen-free and flame-retardant sheath, and comes with an individual test protocol. The cable uses OM3 multimode fibre with a core diameter of 25 µm to provide stable connections and low attenuation over extended distances.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable offers LC-LC connectivity for simple plug-and-play installation, a halogen-free flame-retardant jacket for increased safety, and protective dust covers to preserve connector integrity. Supplied with a test protocol, the cable provides documented performance data for quality assurance.

Suitable for

• Connecting network equipment in data centres
• High-speed links between switches, servers and storage
• Structured cabling in offices and industrial environments

How to use

Remove the protective dust covers from the LC connectors, inspect the connector endfaces for contamination, and plug the LC duplex connectors into compatible LC ports on networking devices. Route the cable without sharp bends and secure it to avoid strain on the connectors. Keep the dust covers and re-fit them when the cable is not in use.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this OM3 LC-LC cable within the specified transmission ranges and avoid tight bends (observe the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius). Store and handle connectors with the protective covers to prevent contamination; consult device specifications for port compatibility and optical link planning.
