Sieťový kábel Goobay 0,25 m 2xRJ-45 fialový Cat6

The Goobay 0.25m 2xRJ-45 networking cable is a short patch cable compliant with Cat6 standard for high-speed Ethernet connections. It has two gold-plated RJ-45 plugs and an unshielded twisted-pair design, offered in a violet color for easy identification in dense cable arrangements. The cable is intended for connecting network devices over short distances in home and office environments.

Advantages

The Cat6 specification supports higher data rates and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve corrosion resistance and contact reliability. The 0.25 m length minimizes excess cable when connecting adjacent ports and helps maintain tidy installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting a computer or laptop to a nearby router or switch
• Patch connections between adjacent switch or patch-panel ports
• Short links in home entertainment setups or networked devices

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat6
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: 2 × RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: unshielded (UTP)
• Color: violet

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 plug firmly into the network ports of the devices you wish to connect until the locking tab clicks. Ensure the cable is not bent sharply at the connector ends and avoid kinking to preserve signal integrity. For best results, route the cable to prevent interference from power cables and moving parts.

Recommendations

Use this short Cat6 patch cable for close-proximity connections where minimal slack is desired. For longer runs or environments with significant electromagnetic interference, consider a longer cable or a shielded alternative.
