The Goobay 51545 networking cable is a 3 m Cat6 S/FTP cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. It combines gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, twisted-pair conductors and S/FTP shielding to reduce interference and maintain a stable connection in home or business networks. The black sheath offers a discreet appearance suitable for most installations.

Advantages

This Cat6 S/FTP cable provides stable signal transmission at high speeds, enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to overall foil plus individually shielded pairs, and gold-plated RJ-45 plugs for improved contact and reduced signal loss. The robust outer sheath increases durability while the 3 m length offers flexibility for typical network setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers, switches and network printers
• Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed home or office networks
• Environments where shielding is needed to reduce interference

Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve performance and longevity.

Recommendations

For best results use the cable within typical indoor network environments and avoid running it parallel to unshielded power cables for long distances. If connecting devices across patch panels or keystone jacks, ensure compatible Cat6-rated components to maintain performance.
