Sieťový kábel Goobay 95270-GB purpurová 2 m Cat6 U/UTP

Goobay 95270-GB Magenta is a 2 m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable designed for connecting network devices with RJ-45 interfaces. The cable uses an unscreened twisted pair (U/UTP) construction with pair sequencing according to EIA/TIA 568 and comes with slim molded RJ-45 plugs featuring strain relief and length indication on the relief. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transfer and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

The slim-line molded connectors with integrated strain relief reduce stress at the plug entry and fit standard patch panels and network ports. Gold-plated contacts provide improved conductivity and durability. Pair sequencing compliant with EIA/TIA 568 ensures correct pinout for standard Ethernet connections, while the 2 m length offers flexibility for near-desk and rack connections. The magenta jacket also makes the cable easy to identify in structured cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers and networked printers
• Patch panels and wall ports in offices and home networks
• Short runs in server cabinets and desktop setups (2 m length)
• Color-coded cable management and identification

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 (U/UTP, unscreened twisted pair)
• Length: 2 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends, molded with strain relief
• Contact finish: Gold-plated contacts
• Pair sequencing: EIA/TIA 568 compliant
• Jacket color: Magenta

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plugs into the corresponding ports on your network devices until the latch clicks. Use the 2 m length for short links between devices, patch panels and wall outlets. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid tight bends near the molded strain relief to maintain signal integrity and mechanical longevity.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid running it parallel to power cables for long distances. Use the magenta color to simplify cable identification in multi-cable installations and replace the cable if the connectors or jacket show visible damage.
