Sieťový kábel Goobay 95490 10 m Cat6 S/FTP fialový

The Goobay 95490 is a 10 m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission. It features RJ-45 plugs with gold plating and a robust, violet outer sheath. The cable supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is intended for building stable home or office networks where interference protection and consistent connections are required.

Advantages

Shielded S/FTP construction and high-quality inner conductors reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping to maintain signal integrity over the full 10 m length. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and reduce contact resistance. The robust sheathing increases mechanical durability, and the distinctive violet color simplifies cable identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers and switches in home networks
• Wiring small office networks and workstations
• Cable runs where improved interference protection is required
• Patch connections in network cabinets and patch panels

How to use

Plug an RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other end into a router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and heavy compression; maintain the recommended bend radius for Cat6 cables to preserve transmission performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for connections up to 10 m and avoid running it in parallel with high-voltage power lines. If used in a structured cabling system, terminate and test the cable with appropriate tools to verify continuity and performance.
