Sieťový kábel Goobay 95525 purpurový 7,5 m Cat6 S/FTP

The Goobay 95525 Magenta networking cable is a 7.5 m Cat6 S/FTP cable designed for wired Ethernet connections that require reliable data transfer and reduced interference. It supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and comes with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for improved contact reliability and signal transmission. The magenta-colored jacket provides easy visual identification in crowded cabling runs while the robust outer sheath and high-quality inner conductors ensure consistent performance over time.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually screened pairs to minimise electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, which helps maintain stable throughput in mixed-signal environments. The gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve corrosion resistance and contact quality for long-term reliability. The 7.5 m length offers flexibility for home and small-office layouts without excessive slack. The cable meets Cat6 performance characteristics for gigabit ethernet in typical network deployments.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit LAN connections between router, switch and PC
• Home office and small business network cabling
• Cable runs where reduced interference and clear pair separation are required
• Situations where colour-coded cabling simplifies identification and organisation

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually braided or foil screened pairs)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Data rate support: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Cable jacket colour: magenta
• Conductor type: high-quality copper conductors (solid or stranded as typical for patch cables)

How to use

Plug one gold-plated RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your network device (router, switch, modem or computer) and the other end into the corresponding port of the target device. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, kinks and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For rack or wall installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties without compressing the jacket to preserve shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for indoor network runs up to 7.5 m where gigabit performance and interference resistance are needed. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive mechanical stress. For permanent in-wall installations, check local building regulations and consider installing cables rated for in-wall use.
