Sieťový kábel Goobay 95557 1,5 m Cat5e U/UTP

The Goobay 95557 1.5m Cat5e U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends provides a straightforward wired connection for network devices. At 1.5 metres in length and finished in grey, the cable supports Category 5e performance for stable data transmission suitable for common home and office networking setups. The unshielded U/UTP design and standard RJ-45 plugs ensure compatibility with routers, switches, PCs, game consoles and other Ethernet-enabled equipment.

Advantages

This Cat5e cable delivers consistent performance for Fast Ethernet and many Gigabit LAN environments where Cat5e is sufficient. The 1.5 m length balances reach and neat cable management in desktop or rack installations. RJ-45 connectors on both ends provide plug-and-play connectivity without additional adapters. The grey jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates with most interior environments while remaining flexible for routing through cable channels or behind furniture.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or laptop to a router or switch
• Linking network printers, IP cameras or network-attached storage
• Short to medium runs between network devices in home or small office
• Temporary or permanent wired connections for stable internet access

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e (meets Cat5e performance)
• Topology: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Color: Grey
• Typical use: Ethernet data transmission for Fast Ethernet and suitable Gigabit segments
• Conductor type: stranded or solid conductor compatible with standard RJ-45 jacks (designed for patch and device connections)

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of a router, switch or modem and the other into the Ethernet port of a computer, console or other network device. Ensure connectors click into place and devices are powered on; the devices should detect the wired connection automatically. For best performance, avoid excessive bending near the connector ends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as unshielded mains transformers or large motors.

Recommendations

Use this 1.5 m Cat5e cable for tidy desktop or short patch runs where room for cabling is limited. For installations requiring longer runs, higher shielding, or guaranteed multi-gigabit performance, consider cables with higher category ratings or shielded constructions.
