Sieťový kábel Goobay CAT 5e F/UTP sivý 100m

The Goobay CAT 5e Network Cable is a 100 m F/UTP Ethernet cable in grey designed for reliable data transmission in home and office networks. It conforms to the Cat5e standard and combines quality inner conductors, F/UTP shielding and robust sheathing to ensure stable, high-speed connections for routers, switches and computers.

Advantages

The F/UTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference while the high-quality inner conductors maintain signal integrity over the full 100 m length. The robust outer sheath increases mechanical durability and the precisely fitting RJ45-compatible plugs ensure secure connections when terminated. The cable is suitable for structured cabling and general network patching.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and computers
• Home and small office network cabling
• Structured patch panels and horizontal cabling
• Applications requiring protection against EMI

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e (F/UTP)
• Length: 100 m
• Color: Grey
• Shielding: Foiled twisted pair (F/UTP)
• Brand: WENTRONIC (Goobay product)
• MPN: 68708, EAN: 4040849687082

How to use

Cut the cable to the required length and strip the outer sheath to expose the twisted pairs. Terminate with compatible RJ45 connectors or use patch panels and keystone jacks according to standard wiring schemes (TIA/EIA 568A or 568B). Ensure proper grounding of shielded components and test each run with a cable tester to verify continuity and performance.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling forces during installation, keep the cable away from strong electrical noise sources, and use appropriate test equipment to confirm Cat5e performance after termination.
