Sieťový kábel Goobay CAT6a U/UTP 1m červený

The Goobay CAT6a U/UTP 1m networking cable in red is a Category 6a patch cable designed for high-speed data transmission over short distances. It uses the EIA/TIA 568B pair sequence and comes with molded RJ‑45 connectors featuring 3 µm gold‑plated contacts and integrated strain relief. With an outer dimension of 1.5 x 6 mm, this cable provides Cat6a performance in a compact, flexible design suitable for structured cabling and device connections.

Advantages

The cable supports Cat6a specifications for improved bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower category cables. Gold‑plated 3 µm contacts ensure reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance. The molded connector with strain relief increases durability at the connector entry, while the compact 1.5 x 6 mm outer dimensions make the cable flexible and easy to route in tight spaces. The red jacket provides clear visual identification in multi‑cable installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network interfaces in office or home environments
• Structured cabling and patch panels where Cat6a performance is required
• Short runs in racks or behind desks where a visible color coding is useful

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6a (U/UTP)
• Length: 1 m
• Connector: RJ‑45 molded with strain relief
• Contact plating: 3 µm gold
• Pair sequence: EIA/TIA 568B
• Outer dimensions: 1.5 x 6 mm

How to use

Insert the RJ‑45 plug into the device or patch panel jack until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension; the molded strain relief helps prevent damage at the connector. For installations with multiple cables, use the red jacket to identify the run or function according to your color‑coding scheme.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a U/UTP cable for network segments demanding high data rates or where future proofing to 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short distances is desired. Avoid stretching the cable beyond its flexibility limits and keep it separated from strong electromagnetic sources to minimize interference.
