Videokábel adaptér Goobay 51881 1,5 m HDMI DVI-D čierny

The Goobay 51881 video cable adapter is a 1.5 m connector cable with an HDMI (Type A) male plug on one end and a DVI‑D single‑link (18+1) male plug on the other. Designed to link HDMI source devices to DVI‑D displays, this black cable transmits digital video signals without converting to analogue. It is CE and WEEE certified and supplied in a polybag as a single unit.

Advantages

This adapter provides a straightforward wired connection between HDMI outputs and DVI‑D inputs, supporting digital video transmission for clear picture output. The 1.5 m length offers flexible placement between device and monitor, and the robust construction with standard connectors ensures compatibility with common HDMI and DVI‑D ports. Being CE and WEEE marked confirms conformity with applicable safety and disposal regulations.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers or laptops with HDMI output to DVI‑D monitors or projectors
• Using HDMI media players or set‑top boxes with DVI‑D displays (video only)
• Temporary setups where a short, reliable digital video link is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Connector 1: HDMI (Type A) male
• Connector 2: DVI‑D single‑link (18+1) male
• Product colour: Black
• Certifications: CE, WEEE
• Package: Polybag, single unit

How to use

Connect the HDMI male end to the HDMI output of your source device (PC, laptop, media player) and insert the DVI‑D male end into the DVI‑D input on your monitor or projector. Ensure both devices are powered off when plugging in or unplugging to avoid signal issues. This cable carries digital video only; it will not transmit audio. If audio is required, use a separate audio connection or a device that outputs audio via another interface.

Recommendations

Use this cable for direct digital video connections where no audio transfer is needed. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors and keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources to maintain signal integrity. For longer runs or when multi‑channel audio is needed, choose appropriate alternatives such as HDMI‑to‑HDMI cables or active converters that support audio extraction.
