How to use

Select the appropriate knife for the task — use the shorter blade for precision work and the longer blade for slicing and chopping. Hold the handle firmly and use a stable cutting board. Cut with smooth, controlled motions and avoid twisting the blade. After use, hand wash the knives with mild detergent, rinse and dry immediately to preserve the coating and blade performance. Store each knife with the supplied blade guard or in a suitable knife block or magnetic strip.

Recommendations

Do not use the knives to cut frozen food, bone or other hard materials to avoid damaging the blade or coating. Regularly hone the blades and, if necessary, have them professionally sharpened to maintain optimal cutting performance.
