Xerox fixačná jednotka

This genuine Xerox fusing unit (607K22334) is the exact replacement part used in the WorkCentre 7525, 7530, 7535, 7545, 7556, 7830, 7835, 7845, 7855, and 7970 multifunction printers. Unlike generic or remanufactured alternatives, it is built to Xerox factory specifications, ensuring consistent heat and pressure for sharp, smudge-free output on every page. The ceramic heating element reaches operating temperature quickly and maintains it evenly across the full width of the paper path, reducing warm-up time and preventing cold spots that cause toner flaking or poor adhesion.

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: open the side door, release the fuser locking levers, slide out the old unit, and insert the new one. The fuser automatically aligns with the paper path and electrical contacts. Once installed, the printer recognizes the unit and resumes normal operation without additional calibration. The fuser maintains a stable temperature between 10°C and 32°C ambient, and operates within 10–80% relative humidity (non-condensing), making it suitable for most office environments. The heat roller and pressure roller apply uniform pressure across the page, ensuring toner is permanently bonded to the media – even on heavy stock or envelopes.
