Tips

To get the most from your Sound Play, keep the speaker away from strong magnetic fields and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight for extended periods. For the longest battery life, store it in a cool, dry place. When using TWS, make sure both speakers are updated and placed within 6 metres of each other for a seamless stereo image. And remember—even though it’s IP67 certified, the USB-C port should be kept clean and dry before charging.
