XLR 5-pólový konektor Omnitronic 30208425, čierny, 5-pólový konektor samica na zabudovanie/do kábla

Omnitronic 30208425 is a black 5-pin XLR female connector intended for panel or cable mounting in professional audio and signal installations. The compact metal housing and five female contacts allow balanced or multi-channel connections, supporting microphone lines, DMX lighting control, and other line-level or low-voltage signal applications when wired accordingly. Designed for reliable mechanical retention and consistent electrical contact, this connector suits fixed installations where durable, serviceable connections are required.

Advantages

The connector features a robust metal body with a black finish that resists wear and provides EMI shielding. Five precision female contacts ensure secure, low-resistance connections and stable signal transmission. Its panel/cable mounting design simplifies installation and maintenance, while standard XLR dimensions enable compatibility with common housings and mounting cutouts. The product is suitable for professional use due to its mechanical stability and predictable electrical performance.

How to use

Prepare the panel cutout or cable entry according to standard 5-pin XLR dimensions and secure the connector to the chassis or cable assembly with the appropriate mounting hardware. Strip and terminate each conductor to the corresponding female contact, observing proper wiring conventions for the intended signal (e.g., balanced audio pinouts or DMX pin assignment). Tighten all mechanical fasteners to ensure stable retention and verify continuity and polarity with a multimeter before applying signal. For cable-mounted use, apply strain relief and ensure solder or crimp terminations are mechanically secured.

Recommendations

Use the connector with cables and devices rated for the same signal types. For audio and DMX applications, maintain consistent wiring standards and grounding practices to minimize noise and prevent signal faults. Periodically inspect contacts and housing for corrosion or mechanical wear and clean terminals with appropriate contact cleaner if needed.
