Yealink WH64 Hybrid Dual Teams headset bezdrôtový headset pre kanceláriu/kontaktné centrum Micro-USB Bluetooth čierna

The Yealink WH64 Hybrid Dual Teams is a wireless DECT + Bluetooth headset designed for office and contact center environments. It offers hybrid dual wireless connectivity so you can connect to an IP phone base and a mobile device simultaneously, a 20–20000 Hz frequency range, up to 50 m wireless range, and a lightweight supra-aural head-band design in black for extended use.

Advantages

Hybrid DECT and Bluetooth technology combines DECT stability with Bluetooth mobility to support flexible working scenarios. A 3-microphone noise reduction system with an extended boom (from 78 mm to 135.7 mm) and intelligent algorithms improves voice clarity. The headset is UC certified for broad compatibility with common calling applications and supports plug-and-play connection with mainstream IP phone bases. Ergonomic earcups, soft materials for better heat dissipation and a light weight (0.331 kg) provide comfort for long shifts. Integrated busylight reduces interruptions during calls.

Suitable for

• Office workers and contact centre agents requiring clear voice communication
• Users who need simultaneous connection to PC/IP phone and mobile
• Flexible or hybrid workplaces with roaming staff within a 50 m range

Recommendations
