Zakladač Esselte 721050 kartón oranžová A4 230x310 mm

The Esselte 721050 Manila folder is a cardboard document pocket in a vivid orange finish designed to hold and protect A4 paper. With external dimensions of 230 x 310 mm and a lightweight 30 g construction, this folder provides a simple, low-profile solution for everyday document storage and transport. It is intended for single-sheet insertion and short-term or medium-term filing where visible, colour-coded organisation is useful.

Advantages

This cardboard Manila folder combines a durable, stiff construction with a thin, lightweight profile that reduces bulk in files and carriers. The orange colour improves visibility on shelves and in stacks, helping to speed up retrieval. The plain, unpadded design keeps production costs low while offering adequate protection against creasing and light wear. Its A4-compatible shape ensures compatibility with standard documents without trimming or folding.

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the pocket with the shorter edge aligned to the folder opening to ensure a neat fit. For document sets, place similar papers together and use the orange folder as an outer sleeve to prevent edges from folding. When transporting multiple folders, stack them flat to avoid bending. Avoid overfilling; the folder is intended for light to moderate document volumes rather than heavy-duty archiving.

Recommendations

Store folders upright or flat in dry conditions to maintain shape and prevent moisture damage. Use coloured folders like this orange model to create a simple indexing system by category, project, or priority. For long-term archival needs, consider using reinforced or archival-grade sleeves instead of standard cardboard.
