Zakladač Herlitz vysvedčenia polypropylén (PP) biela A4

The Herlitz Zeugnisse Conventional file folder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and is sized to accommodate A4 documents. Its white finish offers a neutral, professional appearance while the material resists moisture, tearing and everyday wear. This single-folder pack is intended to store and protect certificates, reports and loose sheets in home, office or educational environments.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides strength and flexibility that help prevent creasing and tearing of stored papers. The smooth white surface is easy to label or write on with common pens and labels, and it is simple to clean. Being lightweight and moisture-resistant, the folder offers reliable protection for documents during handling and short-term transport.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 certificates and school records
• Storing single reports, contracts and invoices
• Keeping presentation materials and reference sheets tidy
• Archiving documents in shelves, boxes or cupboards

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Colour: white
• Size compatibility: A4 documents
• Pack contents: one single folder
• Finish: smooth, writable surface

How to use

Insert A4 papers neatly into the folder so they lie flat; avoid overfilling to maintain shape and protection. Close the folder after placing documents and label the front or spine as needed for quick identification. Store the folder upright on shelves or flat in drawers to minimise bending and to keep contents accessible.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, keep the folder in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to reduce material aging. Use gentle, non-abrasive cleaners on the surface if needed and avoid sharp objects that could puncture the polypropylene. Combine with labelled spines or dividers when organising multiple folders for easier retrieval.
