Zakladač kartón viacfarebný A3 HERMA 19293 šírka 335 mm výška 440 mm

The Herma Folder Cardboard Multicolour A3 (Width 335 mm, Height 440 mm) is a rigid cardboard folder designed to hold A3 documents. The folder’s multicolour finish provides clear visual separation between projects or subjects while its dimensions accommodate unfolded A3 sheets and folded A4 layouts. Made for everyday sorting and short-term storage, the folder balances lightweight handling with enough stiffness to protect paper during transport and filing.

Advantages

The multicolour cardboard construction makes it easy to identify and group documents by colour without adding bulk. Its 335 mm width and 440 mm height correspond to A3 document dimensions, ensuring a close fit for sheets and preventing excessive movement inside the folder. The cardboard material provides surface stability for labelling, and the product is suitable for repeated handling in educational and office contexts.

How to use

Place A3 sheets flat inside the folder so papers lie flush with the edges; folded A4 documents may be inserted with the crease aligned to the centre of the folder. Use the outer surface to write a title or attach a label for quick identification. Stack folders upright on a shelf or store flat in a drawer to protect contents from bending. For transporting, keep the folder inside a bag or portfolio to reduce exposure to moisture and heavy pressure.

Recommendations

For longevity, avoid overfilling the folder and keep it dry; if frequent labelling is required, use removable labels or write with a soft pencil to prevent damage to the cardboard surface.
