Zaslepovací panel DELOCK 67415 pre rack, 6 vstavaných ventilátorov, kovové puzdro, tmavosivý

DELOCK 67415 cover plate for rack is a metal 2U panel designed for 19-inch server and network cabinets. The dark grey housing integrates space for six built-in fans to provide active airflow and improve heat dissipation for mounted equipment. The robust metal construction and standardized mounting holes make this cover plate suitable for professional rack installations where additional fan-based ventilation is required.

Advantages

The metal housing offers mechanical stability and reliable protection for installed fans and cabling while the dark grey finish ensures a neutral appearance in data centers and network rooms. Integrated provisions for six fans deliver targeted airflow to reduce hot spots inside the cabinet. Standard 19-inch compatibility and 2U form factor simplify installation into common racks.

Suitable for

• Improving ventilation in 19-inch server racks
• Adding fan-based cooling to network cabinets and enclosures
• Replacing or upgrading rack blanking panels with active airflow
• Use in server rooms, telecom closets, and small data centers

Key specifications

• Form factor: 2U for 19-inch rack installation
• Material: metal housing for durability
• Finish: dark grey
• Fan capacity: supports six built-in fans
• Mounting hole diameter: approximately 4.5 mm
• Quantity: single unit cover plate

How to use

Install the cover plate into an available 2U position in a 19-inch rack using the standard mounting holes. Secure the panel to the rack rails with appropriate rack screws sized to match the approximately 4.5 mm mounting holes. Mount compatible fans into the designated openings, connect the fans to power and speed control according to the fan manufacturer’s instructions, and route cabling to maintain clear airflow paths. Verify that the assembled unit does not obstruct adjacent equipment and that airflow direction aligns with the rack cooling strategy.

Recommendations

Choose fans with compatible dimensions and power requirements, and use strain relief or cable management to prevent airflow obstruction. Regularly inspect the fan assembly and perform cleaning to remove dust buildup for sustained cooling performance.
